The Mangawhai Tavern is a heritage listed building in the Kaipara District's most rapidly growing region of Mangawhai. Refurbishment was required on the bar and front facade. The ongoing objective has been to create an open and inviting space for the community and the business owners, whilst re-establishing the original beauty of the building after years of it's charm being slowly covered up through unsympathetic alterations.
